Mount Chipotle

Mount Chipotle, as my friend Anne donned it, is an enormous mountain of snow which sits toward the back of Barracks Rd. shopping center. It has been there since the big snow storm Cville saw on Dec 18-19. However, due to its grandiose form, there are running bets throughout the area about when this mound may melt away?

At one point towards the end of break, a shopping cart and cone even sat atop this mound. Last week, Mount Chipotle shrunk a bit due to a shining sun and not-so-cold temperatures. But starting at 2pm yesterday, we saw a dusting of snow and news predictions for 18+ inches for the storm approaching on friday and saturday.

While driving past Mount Chipotle, Anne exclaimed, "oh my gosh, what if it topples onto Chipotle!" Well, people have no fear, burritos will persevere! (Mount Chipotle, isn't that close).
