After nearly falling asleep during my commlaw class today and then looking down and seeing words that were not really words scribbled onto the page of my notebook with letters nearly falling off the page, I decided to hop on a bus instead of walking home.
One of my favorite professors happened to be on the bus one row behind me and to the left. He called out 'Ms. Maximous' and then reintroduced me to his precious daughter who was seated next to him. They were on the way home from school. I asked how her day at school was and she proudly showed me the sticker planted on her dress that she had earned for helping to clean up after free-time.
The sticker was a pink pig...and oddly enough the first thought that came to my mind was Hmmm what teacher is giving out pig stickers with swine flu on the loose?
I think little Isabel will enjoy her sticker anyways :)
