Volvo knows my Bday?

In the last week, I've received 3 emails from my Volvo dealership back home wishing me a happy birthday.

On April 30th, I received one titled "It's that time of year." I expected it to say something about bringing my car in for service but no... "From the entire staff at Don Beyer Volvo Alexandria, Happy Birthday!"

Then, on May 4th, the day before my birthday I received a more personalized email that said:

"Dear Cassandra,

HAPPY BIRTHDAY! I just wanted to say hello. I hope you have a great day! Please remember to call if you have any questions. For that matter, call for any reason you want; after all it's your Birthday."

Really? Call just to talk? Hmmmm

Finally, yesterday I got the third which had a fancy bday heading. It read, "Happy Birthday from your friends here at Volvo."

So now I know, not only does Volvo keep track of my bday and email me, but they are my "friends" and "want to just talk." HAHAH!
